At 50 years old, I decided to get my first tattoo and I can't say enough good things about Yankee Tattoo. I had emailed Yankee with some sketches of the tattoo I wanted to get and they were very helpful matching me with one of their artists that specialized in a particular asthetic I was looking for. Jay, the artist that did my tattoos, is so talented and very efficient. I was so impressed by the whole experience with Yankee Tattoo that I went back for another tattoo, also done by Jay. I would not hesitate to recommend Yankee Tattoo to anyone looking for their first tattoo, or 100th.

When I finally decided to get a tattoo, I had spoken to friends who had got them, researched various tattoo artists and so forth. Yankee was on the radar, but some friends of mine had gone other places and had had good experiences. So I called these places and was rather disappointed at the customer service and lack of communication simply to talk to people and simply answer questions, see about schedule and so forth. I decided to call Yankee Tattoo, and the phone was picked up by a human being, not an answering service and I got my questions answered almost immediately. I had called them three times with follow up questions and a friendly human answered every time. There was information they needed from me and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, and their paperwork and process was completely reasonable. I easily scheduled tattoo appointment and when the day came, I was tattooed by Eric, who is one of the owners and it was a fantastic experience. Very relaxed, we did some last minute adjustments to the design and that was no problem. Eric has been in the for 30 years and was so easy to work with. They did the tattoo I wanted perfectly, better than I had hoped and I couldn’t be happier. A true local establishment who knows their craft and provides excellent communication and customer service. I highly recommend Yankee tattoo!!

My wife and I walked in extremely last minute, each wanting a tattoo. They were more than accepting of us and worked us in. We had concept and ink for us both in a very reasonable amount of time. The atmosphere is very laid back and cool. They've been around since the 90s, so they are serious about the quality of their work. I believe Eric, the owner, did our art and we were beyond pleased. The woman in the front (blanking on the name) was also really awesome and helpful. The area was clean and we were given a care bag upon leaving (and instructions on how to care for the tattoos). During the tattoos, they talked with us and we're very real and personable. We aren't local, but we'd 100% come back for another one here. I'll add photos after the bandages are off. Thanks again for the great experience!

Balled Bill did my Devil girl tattoo in 2 hours and did a great job. Very professional and can schedule easy. My go to place to get new ink. Anyone that wants a tattoo go there. Just got second tattoo at yankee tattoo, and again Bill great. Had my new pisces zodiac/yin-yang tattoo done head of projected time. He is the master.😎 Gave $50 tip to show appreciation. Thanks Bill👍 Just before covid-19 hit hard,I had Balled Bill do this witch (W.I.P.). Love it.😁 Has an LNA I got this tattoo to reward myself for getting my LNA licence. This Poe quote and skull are 2 of my newest Bald Bill tattoos done recently. I have 2 other big abdominal tattoos in progress. I'll post when finished. Bill came up with the cool font to give old school vibe, yet very clear when observed. Bill your the best.🤘 2 more balled Bill tattoos. Huginn and cthulhu will be finished soon,then 2 more and I will post later. Here is cthulhu. Also the Japanese congi reads as Gojira AKA Godzilla Bill did great on it. The ticket to mean I don't have to stop at the gate. Hope to set up 13th soon. Here is 13, E=MC2 each tattoo represent me. All are done to show my journey threw life as all they tell a story in some way. Thank you Bill for fitting me in and Max for being a great receptionist, always on top of things.

It was a wonderful experience, Mud was very professional but also very relaxed and casual which helped lower any anxiety. He did a wonderful job, was enjoyable to be around and caring, as well as a great piercer. I highly recommend!
